LB Immo Invest GmbH launches specialised funds for institutional investors as for instance insurance companies, pension funds, foundations or saving banks – a group of investors with special requirements as to real estate investments. At present LB Immo Invest manages 7 individual funds and 6 modular funds. The promised equity capital of institutional investors is currently about € 1.6bn.

The service range comprises, among others, fund and asset management, acquisition of suitable real estate items, commercial and technical property management as well as the compliance of certain risk provisions, such as the Investment Directive. By the modular funds LB Immo Invest realised a new type of modular concept, which enables the investment clients to flexibly invest with low administration efforts.
