HGA Capital Grundbesitz und Anlage GmbH realises closed-end funds in the segments of real estates, private equity and transport. Investments are mainly concentrated on real estates. The focus lies on innovative investment concepts for a wide range of investors. As an initiator of funds HGA Capital opens investors the door to attractive growth markets.

As a 100% subsidiary of HSH Real Estate the company is a firm component part of the corporation’s network. Thus the issuing company can make use of the entire service range of one of the largest joint-stock real estate companies as well as of one of Germany’s leading banks. In the group’s network relevant asset markets are analysed and examined, new investments are identified and promising investment projects are acquired for the funds.

In the field of distribution HGA Capital cooperates with independent financial service providers as well as with banks, saving banks, platforms, pools and wealth management firms. By the end of 2008 HGA Capital launched all in all 34 closed-end funds having an investment volume of about € 2.7 bn and a placed equity capital of about € 1.1 bn. At present more than 19,000 investors participate in the funds of HGA Capital.
